After serving in the U.S. Army in 1986, Jim Fraker began working for Datamax Office Systems. Datamax is a company that sells and services copy machines and equipment and provides IT solutions. At Datamax Office Systems, Jim gained tremendous experience in customer service and developed the skills necessary to handle major accounts like Anheuser-Busch, Ralston Purina, Southwestern Bell, Armstrong Teasdale and May Company. Jim started off as a service technician until he was promoted to assistant service manager. It wasn’t until 1996 that he began his very own in-home business as an outsource to other printers. He named his company Cost Less Color.
